This is to certify that the petition regarding AN INITIATIVE AMENDING THE EL SEGUNDO MUNICIPAL CODE TO TRANSFER ALL FUNCTIONS OF THE EL SEGUNDO FIRE DEPARTMENT TO THE CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY (AKA THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT)

was received from the proponent(s) on November 10, 2010, at 12:45 pm of which petition contained 2246 signatures and 409 pages. By accepting this petition the City Clerk determined that the number of signatures, prima facie, equals or is in excess of the minimum number required (pursuant to California Election Code Section 9210(b)).

Each page received will be date stamped on November 10, 2010.
